For several years, McNeil Engineering has been proud to support the Utah State Developmental Center through coordinated campus improvements focused on safety, accessibility, functionality, and long-term performance.
Our work has included parking lot additions, speed humps, asphalt repairs, new pavement, irrigation system upgrades, landscape renewal, and the design of a fire truck access road serving the Center’s state-of-the-art therapy building. Together, these improvements are helping create safer, smoother, and more reliable access for residents, staff, visitors, and service providers.
Thank you to the Utah State Developmental Center, its stakeholders, and everyone involved in planning and completing these important projects.
