The “No Shadow Tower”

Computer modeling has helped to reinvent the way structures are designed, but generally, it’s strictly for aesthetic purposes. The No Shadow Tower on the other hand, was designed to “reflect light and illuminate a space otherwise in a shadow.” Do you like this idea? Why or why not?
