Transforming a retail space, like the Fashion Place Mall in Murray, Utah, was no small task. This multi-year project of expanding the mall’s area to one million square feet occurred from 2005- 2016. Our survey team was a vital part of the development process by providing comprehensive survey records and data that guided the development process. We provided critical survey information for planning the new roadways, parking lots, sidewalks, and plazas, as well as the needed grading, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer systems.
