The Rush Street Restaurant project in Los Angeles involved the conversion of a 75-year-old sign/welding shop into the high-end Rush Street restaurant.
Our scope of work included the execution of a site investigation survey to determine the existing building’s structural elements and a seismic structural analysis of the original un-reinforced masonry building structure to bring the structure into compliance with the strict provisions of the California and LA City Building Code requirements. We’re so happy with how it turned out!
