Our survey team at McNeil is proud to be part of the Tyson Foods project in Eagle Mountain! It’s a massive $300 million facility and area development for which our team has provided the following services, establishment, and creation of future road right of ways, negotiation of land acquisitions, subdivision plats, and construction staking.

Not only will this project introduce the new Tyson facility, but it also develops the Eagle Mountain area for new communities and suburban areas! Expect to see development in this community booming over the next few years!
